How do I return an item?

Items are eligible for return for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. A returns authorization will be required. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it; brand new. It must also be in the original packaging. No returns are applicable if there is any item not in its original condition, used, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs from the original purchase are non-refundable. If your return is approved, then your refund (minus shipping costs) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as soon as possible.
