How does my order Ship?

Unless otherwise specified, Disc-O-Bed Shop ships via FedEx Ground when shipping to the 48 contiguous states. 

Additional shipping options can be selected once you have chosen the product/s you wish to purchase and have entered our shopping cart.  The shopping cart technology will detect the product/s in your cart and offer you additional shipping options and exact shipping prices for your convenience. These shipping options may include:

  • FedEx 2 Day
  • FedEx Express Saver
  • FedEx First Overnight
  • FedEx Ground
  • FedEx Priority Overnight
  • FedEx Standard Overnight
  • Customer Pickup (Lawrenceville, GA 30043)

Please note that our company cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes and shipping to a business address does typically cost less than shipping to a residential location. UPS automatically determines the rates and can verify a ship to location status. The tracking information will be sent automatically once your order has been shipped.  


What if I want to order multiple bunk beds?


Needing more than a few bunk units? No problem - please call one of our Sales Representatives via our toll free number at (800) 613-0910, email us at or fax us on (678) 892-7349 for a free shipping quote. Generally we are able to offer better shipping rates via LTL (pallet) service for orders above 3 bunk systems.


What is my estimated time of delivery?

If the item(s) you have ordered are in stock when we receive and process your order, it will typically ship within 1-2 business days. If the item(s) are out of stock, we will contact you immediately. 


All orders ship from our location in Lawrenceville, GA 30043. Refer to the chart below for the estimated additional business day transit time (UPS Ground shipments only) for all orders that ship from our location.
